Beech House

Beech House is a full home refurbishment designed to elevate the property with a timeless, understated sense of luxury. Our brief was to refresh the entire home while introducing greater cohesion, warmth and architectural character throughout.

The project centres around a complete redesign of the dining room, creating an elegant space for entertaining with bespoke furniture, layered lighting, rich textures and a refined neutral palette. Alongside this, we are transforming an existing room into a dedicated cinema space, designed to deliver a comfortable and immersive viewing experience without compromising on the home’s overall aesthetic.

Throughout the rest of the property, we are introducing decorative wall panelling to add depth and character, installing new flooring across the home, and carrying out a full redecoration to create a consistent and contemporary finish. Every internal door will be updated with new architectural hardware, while the existing kitchen will be given a completely new lease of life through a professional respray, allowing it to seamlessly integrate with the home’s refreshed design language.

The result is a carefully considered renovation that combines classic detailing with contemporary luxury, creating a home that feels both sophisticated and effortlessly liveable.
